What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with bookings, itinerary changes, and post-travel support.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Work closely with sales and booking teams to enhance customer interactions.
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, ideally in travel or hospitality.
- Proficiency in English (B2+); additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first approach.
- Availability to work from the office.
