Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, answer calls and emails, and offer luxury travel options.
- Provide expert information on flight schedules, pricing, and other travel services.
- Handle booking and reservation requests based on clients' preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and support.
- Work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- No experience needed.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- A passion for learning and growing within the luxury travel industry.
- Availability to work late shifts.
