System Administrator

We're looking for System Administrator to provide reliable and responsive IT support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. You will handle email management, software/application troubleshooting, equipment setup, and incident resolution.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 01:00

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with desktops, laptops, printers, headsets, and other equipment.
• Manage email accounts (creation, password resets, troubleshooting access issues).
• Monitor and provide access to storage servers and shared drives.
• Document incidents, solutions, and escalate complex issues.

Requirements:

• Experience with account management (Active Directory, email servers, or similar).
• Familiarity with VoIP/communication platforms (e.g., RingCentral).
• Basic knowledge of networking, storage servers, and data access.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English (B2).
