Software Developer

Orange Systems is looking for a Software Developer to join our team.

As an Software Developer, you will play a key role in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of batch and real-time projects within BSS/OSS environments. You will work on developing and adapting solutions in Telecom while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving business needs and ensure high-quality deliverables.

What you will be doing:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and elaborate documentation (technical specifications, instructions, and technical guidelines).
• Design and implement batch and real-time solutions for BSS/OSS systems.
• Develop new solutions and adapt existing ones to meet business evolution needs.
• Identify and fix defects following Incident Management procedures.
• Create and execute functional test plans to validate developed solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Provide support during integration and acceptance phases.
• Prepare delivery packages and assist with deployments.
• Offer ongoing client support for implemented solutions.

What we are looking for:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java SE, Python, and SQL, Bash.
• Databases and NoSQL: Hands-on experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL and Couchbase.
• Operating Systems: Comfortable working on both Linux and Windows platforms.
• Technologies: Experience with REST, SOAP, Docker, Kafka, Hadoop, Git, CI/CD, and Jira.
• Ability to analyze the network traffic using Wireshark or other tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
