About Us
We are a US-based trucking company with a growing office in Moldova. We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Posting: Plan, create, and publish daily posts (Feed, Stories, Reels/Shorts) tailored to each platform’s format and audience
• Video Production & Editing: Shoot and edit engaging vertical videos (behind‑the‑scenes, teasers, trend‑driven clips) using smartphone or camera
• Ad Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize targeted ads via Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights using Google Analytics and Meta Insights
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas

Required Skills & Tools

• Presentation & Design: Proficient in PowerPoint for visual concepts and presentations
• Graphic Design: Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
• Video Editing: Experience with CapCut, InShot, and/or Adobe Premiere Rush
• Social Media Platforms: Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
• Analytics: Ability to analyze data with Google Analytics and Meta Insights
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, creative, self‑motivated, and responsible
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful social media projects is a plus
