Senior HR Lead

About the Role: As a Senior HR Lead, you will lead and oversee various strategic and operational aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and training & development. You will play a crucial role in shaping our people culture and driving HR initiatives that align with our global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven international experience in an HR leadership position is desirable.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
