Senior HR Lead

About the Role: As a Senior HR Lead, you will lead and oversee various strategic and operational aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and training & development. You will play a crucial role in shaping our people culture and driving HR initiatives that align with our global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Profile:
  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven international experience in an HR leadership position is desirable.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highest ethical and professional standards.
