Skills & Requirements:
- English proficiency: B2 or above

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Handle inquiries and deliver tailored suggestions on our services
- Lead persuasive negotiations over the phone
- Keep detailed records of calls, customer needs, and outcomes
- Prepare market research and feedback reports for leadership
- Help define and implement best practices in sales
