RFI/RFP Procurement Coordinator

what you will be doing:

• Act as the intermediary between business stakeholders and the IT - Department to execute RFI/RFP processes effectively.
• Drive the selection of innovative solutions and services, ensuring alignment with ongoing digital transformation goals.
• Identify and propose new solutions to address organizational challenges, staying abreast of industry innovation trends.
• Lead negotiations with selected solution/services providers to secure optimal contracts.
• Utilize general project management skills to maintain an overview of the entire RFI/RFP process and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Lead and support the RFI/RFP process to identify and select innovative solution services aligned with our digital transformation goals.
• Work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts with selected solution and service providers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Possess general project management skills to oversee the RFI/RFP progress and maintain alignment with overall business objectives.
• Looking for new vendors in the market.
• Stay with a solution until it is implemented.

• Previous experience in leading RFI/RFP processes.
• Familiarity with digital transformation programs.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience.

• Proficient in providing executive-level support, facilitating smooth communication between leadership and project teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and find innovative solutions.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently managing workload without constant supervision.
• Demonstrates precision and accuracy in completing tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
