Kormotech is an international company with Ukrainian roots that creates high-quality products for cats and dogs. We are the market leader in Ukraine in terms of sales and are ranked 49th among the world`s 50 largest pet food producers (according to the PetfoodIndustry Top Companies ranking).

Our facilities include three high-tech pet food production plants. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a wet feed production plant in Kėdainiai (Lithuania).

Over the past 10 years, Kormotech has been selling its products to 44 countries. We export feed to the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of sales plans, individual goals.
• Ensuring the representation of products in the reporting territory.
• Introduction of new and work with existing distributors.
• Control of accounts receivable.
• Control of turnover at distributors.
• Control over compliance with the pricing policy.
• Monitoring the dynamics and development of the level of coverage and representation.
• Conducting and controlling marketing and trade marketing activities.
• Conducting presentations and field trainings for the sales team.
• Preparation of reports on the results of work.
• Development of commercial activity by maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze and forecast opportunities for development and increase of sales in the assigned territory.
• Maintaining quality merchandising.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Territory Manager or Supervisor (FMCG products) is required.
• Experience in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of distribution in the territory.
• Strong skills in market analysis and sales planning.
• High communication and negotiation skills.
• Skills and experience in negotiations with distributors and VIP clients.
• Knowledge of MS-Office programs.
• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages at the conversational level.
• Personal car and driver`s license category “B” is required.
