Business Plane Logistics, an international company specializing in urgent shipments all over the world, with its headquarters in Chisinau, is looking for a motivated person ready to put his problem-solving skills to work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels;
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements;
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in the position;
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records;
• Helping with staff paperwork.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level- is required. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers;
• Good organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in computer usage, including Microsoft Office applications;
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and advance within the realm of recruitment and HR.
