About the Role
We are looking for a QA-Focused Delivery Manager who will play a key role in ensuring product quality, smooth delivery, and team coordination. This hybrid role blends Quality Assurance (45%), Scrum Master responsibilities (40%), and Product Ownership (15%), requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on involvement. This is a remote role, but we prefer candidates who can overlap significantly with U.S. Eastern Time (ET). At a minimum, availability until 12 PM ET is required, with the remaining hours adaptable to European time zones.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (45%)
• Develop and execute test plans based on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Perform manual testing and oversee test automation processes.
• Ensure smooth staging environments and prevent critical bugs from reaching production.
• Scrum Master Responsibilities (40%)
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage Jira workflows and ensure clear visibility into sprint progress.
• Remove roadblocks and keep development cycles running smoothly.
• Product & Stakeholder Management (15%)
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine user stories and test criteria.
• Provide updates on sprint status, feature readiness, and potential risks.
• Assist in backlog grooming, ensuring QA considerations are factored in.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven QA Experience – Strong background in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Agile Leadership – Hands-on experience leading Scrum teams and running Agile ceremonies.
• Technical Fluency – Comfortable working with backend, web, and mobile testing.
• Process-Driven Mindset – Skilled in optimizing QA workflows, Jira management, and delivery cycles.
