Job requirements

Essential Expertise

Real-World Experience: At least one year of direct experience in prompt engineering, demonstrated through involvement in a real business project or a successful pet project.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, with the ability to develop, test, and maintain code that interacts with AI models.
Prompting Techniques: Deep understanding and practical application of various prompting techniques to optimize the performance and reliability of AI models.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a strong theoretical foundation.

Key Contributions:

Develop and Refine AI Prompts: Craft high-quality prompts that are tailored to specific tasks or datasets, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of AI-driven applications.
Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with AI researchers and developers to understand the core requirements and objectives of AI projects, translating these needs into effective prompt strategies.
Innovation in Prompt Engineering: Constantly explore new prompting methods and techniques, integrating them into projects to push the boundaries of what AI can achieve.
Maintain and Optimize Systems: Regularly update and refine the prompting systems to keep pace with advancements in AI technology and changes in project requirements.
Documentation and Sharing Knowledge: Document methodologies and results meticulously, and share insights with the wider team to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
