Project Manager
EBS Integrator is accepting applications for the Project Manager position.
We are a team of professionals with more than 12+ experience on EMEEA market, developing top-quality Cloud, iOS, Android and Web application services. We are looking for an experienced team member for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
EBS Project Manager is generally responsible for the completion of a company’s most important projects, and as such, they need to have excellent leadership skills, coordination abilities, and motivational skills.
Our goal makes software development easy and reliable for our clients.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets;
- Assemble project teams and assign responsibilities;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients;
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies;
- Monitor project budgets and expenses;
- Monitor project timelines and schedules;
- Define and enforce quality standards;
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity;
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests;
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts;
- Evaluate project management processes and make improvements;
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients;
- Anticipate future resource needs and plan accordingly;
- Must possess broad knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques;
- 3 or more years of IT work experience;
- 3 or more years managing projects. Experience with projects in one or more technologies and multiple functions;
- Project Management certification is preferred;
- Have great presentation skills and ability to lead meetings with the client and teams;
- Can demonstrate great communication skills and are able to identify stakeholders and establish communications with the client and inside the team;
- Good experience in applying Agile in software delivery;
- Understanding of best practices to be used in all phases of SDLC;
