Product Delivery Manager + Manual QA | 1500-2500 USD

About the Role:
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives on time and within scope. Collaborating closely with the Head of Product, engineers, and stakeholders, you will combine Agile leadership, technical expertise, and product alignment to achieve impactful results.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups.
- Manage Jira workflows and dashboards to monitor progress and resolve blockers.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineers to address scope-related challenges and validate features.
- Document processes and ensure high-quality outcomes through manual testing.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 2+ years in a delivery-focused role (e.g., Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Product Manager).
- Proven expertise in Jira (workflows, dashboards).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience leading ceremonies.
- Familiarity with QA processes (manual testing experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
