Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 1000 trucks on the roads.

Boekestijn Transport Service trucks have traveled just about everywhere; from the Ural Mountains to the Strait of Gibraltar and from Turkey to Finland. In this role you will:

• Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online platforms,
• Communicate with customers to confirm details, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status,
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery,
• Maintain accurate records of orders and generate reports for management,
• Address and resolve customer complaints or order-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Data entry and organizational skills,
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities,
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• Familiarity with order management systems or similar tools.
