What you’ll do:

• Provide world class assistance to clients through Slack, Skype, Email
• Monitor and test clients systems

Who you are:

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree / Graduate Student / performing in a Master Program in Computer Science or related field
• Customer oriented and with very good communication skills
• Able to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Acknowledged with technical trouble-shooting
• Experienced in handling basic SQL queries, RESTful API understanding
• Familiar with Capital Markets – Advantage
• Experienced in technical support position in a global company – Advantage
• Experienced in Statistics, Informational Technologies  – Advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a real-time environment
• Available to work 4-5 days per week, switching 8-hour shifts schedule | 24*7 shift coverage
