Job description
- Development and implementation of marketing and product promotion strategies
- Team management
- Analyzing market trends and competitive environment, developing and implementing innovative marketing solutions
- Creation and optimization of marketing campaigns, including in the digital sphere
- Budgeting
The successful applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in retail
- Deep understanding of the retail market, modern marketing tools and strategies
- Experience in successfully managing marketing campaigns and team
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to make data-driven decisions
- Good communication skills and ability to build partnerships
