Job Description:
As a Customer Relationship Manager at B My Guest, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service from the moment they inquire about our holiday homes to their departure. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences, and ensuring that their stay in Dubai is memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide information about our holiday homes.
• Guide guests through the booking process, making it smooth and hassle-free.
• Create personalized experiences for guests, including arranging special requests and coordinating services.
• Act as a liaison between guests and our property management team to ensure all needs are met during the stay.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Maintain a guest database and use it to improve guest experiences through tailored offers and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote our holiday homes and special offers.
• Monitor guest reviews and ratings, actively working to enhance our reputation and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Russian and English (intermediate level)
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Dubai tourism industry and local attractions.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
