KURTEX is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Logbook Coordinator to ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of our fleet.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor HOS and perform daily log (RODS) audits, ensuring full compliance.
• Oversee and support GPSTab ELD: administration, troubleshooting, and training.
• Plan driver routes while factoring in HOS limitations.
• Communicate with drivers regarding breaks, certification, PC/YM usage, and violation consequences.
• Provide ELD training on the road and support during roadside inspections.
• Maintain detailed communication logs and coordinate with the dispatch department.
• Archive logs, inspections, ELD events, and correspondence within deadlines.

Qualifications required:

• Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, English (B2+)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in documentation.
• Working schedule is: 15:00-00:00.
