Junior SMM Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Create the content strategy and calendar for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook)
• Create and post high-quality content across all channels
• Manage UGC creators and generate ideas for them monthly
• Find and build partnerships with influencers on TikTok Shop
• Monitor, and reach KPIs for each social media channel: the number of followers, reach, engagement, etc.
• Discover new channels and forms to grow brand awareness on social media
• Complete social media reports and analyze data
• Create concepts for new videos and collaborate with the video production team and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
• You have proven experience as an SMM or marketing specialist (1+ years )
• You have a bachelor’s degree (major in marketing, communications-related field is preferred)
• You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
• You have knowledge in key areas of marketing (social media, content marketing, influencer marketing)
• You have the ability to identify trends and turn insights into recommendations
• You are motivated by creating content that people love interacting with
• You have a way with words and can write copy that's engaging
• You can conceptualize and you have great copywriting skills
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• You have experience using Adobe Photoshop/ Canva or a similar tool
