JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for IT projects.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, business analysts, and other project members to deliver results.
Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team culture.
Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within approved limits.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards defined by the business and the IT department.
Work with QA teams to conduct tests and validate project outputs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Implement best practices for project delivery and IT governance.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

3+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles, ideally within a technology-driven or software development environment.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them in practice.
Strong knowledge of project management software such as JIRA, MS Project (or similar), and MS Excel.
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with senior executives and stakeholders.
Understanding of programming principles and ability to manage technical documentation.
Time management and the ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively.
Experience in UI/UX design principles and the ability to incorporate them into project planning.
Experience with hypothesis testing, ensuring decisions are data-driven and based on evidence.
Knowledge and application of design thinking methodology.
Understanding of working with business models and how to leverage them for project success.
