We are seeking a dynamic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department at KIVORK.As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support our company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, training, and performance management processes
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

To ensure the best fit for this position, please provide the following job requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
