General Manager, Chișinău
The Moldova office plays a key role in data collection and organization for worldwide products. The company is seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead its Moldova team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Moldova team to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery targets;
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office, representing Moldova in global discussions;
- Manage resources, budgets, and operations to optimise efficiency and performance;
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technology;
- Advocate for Moldova’s contribution to company’s global success;
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience managing operational teams with remote customers;
- Strong ability to drive productivity and quality improvements through planning and resource management;
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong relationships across global team;
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align local operations to global objectives;
- Familiarity with the Moldovan business landscape and cultural context;
- Fluency in English and either Russian or Romanian is essential.
