- Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
- Find potential customers across the USA and Canada
- Find carriers and identify carrier capacity
- Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers
- Coordinate, monitor, and track freight shipments from origin to destination
- Resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or customer concerns
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker or similar position (USA & Canada)
- Successful experience in searching and bringing new customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Proficient with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Dynamic and result-oriented people
- Existing book of business is a strong plus
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
