About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Franchise Sales Specialist to join our team and help expand our innovative business franchise. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, fluent English, and the ability to close deals over the phone. This is an office-based role with excellent earning potential, located in a modern workplace in the heart of the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients to promote and sell our franchise opportunities.
- Conduct calls, presentations, and follow-ups to guide prospects through the franchise acquisition process.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our business model and franchise benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably B2B sales).
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
