We are seeking experienced DevOps professionals to join our team. This position will require the ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions. The candidate must have experience with automated deployment and orchestration tools to ensure smooth and efficient software releases.They should be skilled in performance tuning, load balancing, and disaster recovery planning to maintain the high availability and reliability of services. Additionally, excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is the capability to mentor and support other team members in adopting best practices in DevOps.

 

Responsibilities:

• Participating in DevOps-related projects;
• Providing migration to orchestration solution;
• Automating routine DevOps activities;
• Automating environment provisioning and product installation;
• Performing root cause analysis for technical issues;
• Working with central log aggregation, log monitoring, and alerting: collect logs, store logs, build dashboards, and configure alerts;
• Using Terraform IAC to create and manage AWS infrastructure in a secure and compliant manner;
• Checking configurations for compliance with information security requirements;
• Operating and maintaining production environments to ensure uptime and performance;
• Investigating alternative solutions to enhance existing processes and tools;
• Helping developers to debug problems and ensure smooth development operations;
• Continuously improving system reliability and performance through monitoring and optimization;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and services.

Requirements and skills:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in DevOps role;
• In-depth knowledge of cloud services (AWS) and hands-on experience securing cloud services;
• Familiarity with compliance and security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and incident response;
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible);
• Proficiency in CI/CD technologies (e.g. git) and secure software deployment;
• Good understanding of production-level network architecture, including VPCs, subnets, and firewalls;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis for technical issues;
• Experience with setting up and maintaining monitoring and logging services (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack);
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
