CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED), CHISINAU

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to passengers and drivers via written and voice communication;
• Advise customers on company services via written and voice channels;
• Maintain reports, work documentation, and logs.
