Customer service specialist

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Company products and clients.
• Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Testing and supporting new applications.
• Supporting internal development process.

Requirements:

• University degree or current study.
• Advanced PC user. Good knowledge of Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Russian or Romanian, spoken English.
• No working experience required, full training provided.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving mind set
• Self-motivated, open-minded, eager to learn.

The following skills would be a plus, but not necessary:

• Knowledge of German or Spanish.
• Experience in IT/Telecommunication field.
• Customer support experience.
