Role Description:
As an Creative Director, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of visual materials, making sure they meet design standards, brand identity, and project requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with UI/UX and development teams to create a clear, enjoyable, and intuitive user experience for players.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing visual materials to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards.
• Identifying and reporting design errors or visual inconsistencies in digital products, games, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating closely with graphic designers, UI/UX designers, and the development team to properly implement necessary adjustments.
• Creating and maintaining design quality assurance guides and checklists.
• Developing an intuitive and visually appealing interface that enhances the player experience.
• Optimizing visual elements to facilitate seamless navigation and smooth interaction with our products.
• Reviewing and validating all creative deliverables before implementation or publication.
• Proposing improvements to QA processes in design and the creative team’s workflow.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (Design QA, Art Reviewer, UI/UX Validator, Design Lead).
• Strong experience in visual design, branding, and UI/UX.
• Ability to identify even the smallest visual inconsistencies and correct them quickly.
• Experience in creating and implementing QA processes for design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Figma).
• Experience in game interface design or interactive digital products.
• Excellent collaboration skills with design and development teams to enhance user experience.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to propose effective solutions for improving visual materials.
