Content Creator / SMM Manager

Business Plane Logistics is an international company specialized in time-critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Chisinau.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.

What You Will Do:
- Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube);
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) for online promotion;
- Develop and design advertising materials (brochures, banners, presentations, etc.);
- Write clear, catchy, and audience-focused texts for social media;
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements;
- Work closely with designers, marketing, and other departments;
- Travel to our international offices for content creation and campaigns (frequent business trips required).

What We’re Looking For:
- Confident English level (B2 or higher);
- Solid skills in tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and social media platforms;
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools);
- Experience in SMM and content creation;
- Creativity, strong visual sense, and attention to detail;
- Team player with good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and cultures;
- Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a big plus;
- Availability for frequent business trips to our international offices.
