Our service portfolio spans IT solutions, mobile applications, advanced navigation systems, dispatching, logistics, freight, and vehicle transportation. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a marketing and growth leader to architect and drive our next phase of strategic expansion.

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing, growth, and brand strategy across all Route One Group business units. This executive will report directly to the CEO and serve as a core member of the leadership team, responsible for aligning multi-brand marketing with overarching business objectives, scaling Route One Group’s influence in the U.S. logistics sector, and driving unified growth strategies across our companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overarching marketing and growth strategy for all business units.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging that resonates across digital, traditional, and partner channels.
  • Initiate go-to-market strategies for new products and services, including business model design and product-market fit testing.
  • Build partnerships to generate and nurture leads and drive U.S. trucking market expansion.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Develop scalable lead generation systems for B2B and B2C.
  • Create and optimize the full customer funnels (AARRR).
  • Define and monitor key marketing and growth metrics (including CAC, ROMI, LTV, Churn, NPS, and lead velocity).
  • Manage the budget for growth initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation by establishing performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • Integrate and optimize marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution).
  • Deploy and oversee MarTech, GrowthTech, and AI-driven automation tools to streamline marketing operations.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones through personalized experiences and targeted marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, product and sales teams to synchronize lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Build, manage, and lead marketing and growth teams of experienced specialists.
  • Support the team in mastering AI and automation tools.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated progressive experience in marketing and business growth roles. Experience as a CEO or executive of a marketing company is a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Success in go-to-market strategy and product-market fit validation.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing full customer funnels (AARRR) and lead generation systems.
  • Proficient in defining, monitoring, and analyzing key marketing and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, including CRM, analytics, attribution, data platforms, and automation tools.
  • Experience running A/B testing.
  • Understanding AI-driven automation tools for marketing and sales strategically (strong advantage).
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools to implement and scale AI initiatives (strong advantage).
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing ROI.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to integrate AI tools and systems into marketing efforts.
  • Expertise in logistics, freight, transportation, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales alignment in B2C and B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in English, Russian, and Romanian.
