AI Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer who can build smart, reliable systems using a mix of backend code and low-code orchestration tools.

You will:

• Build multi-step AI agents and automation flows (Python + n8n).
• Work with RAG pipelines, chunking strategies, and agentic workflows.
• Use tools like LangFuse/LangSmith for monitoring, EVALs, and training data.
• Connect APIs, services, triggers, and databases (PostgreSQL).
• Improve prompts, retrieval quality, and overall system performance.

You should be comfortable with:

• REST APIs, GitHub, async logic, SQL/NoSQL, workflow orchestration, and low-code tools.
• Experience with n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar platforms is a big plus.

You have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Good English skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven experience with LangSmith and n8n.
• Strong background in Prompt Engineering across multiple AI models.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and chunking optimization.
• Solid understanding of Agentic RAG and multi-step reasoning approaches.
• Expertise in model fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA, and other strategies).
• Experience implementing EVAL and performance measurement systems for AI agents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with multi-model orchestration and best practices in AI system design.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cutting-edge agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Experience with autonomous agents in enterprise environments.
• Understanding of reinforcement learning for model improvement.

Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development

• Design and implement multi-step, multi-model AI agents with complex task flows (e.g., ToDo-list based execution).
• Integrate reasoning and planning strategies for dynamic task handling.
• Build expansive RAG systems optimized for agentic use cases.

RAG Optimization & Chunking Strategies

• Develop and test advanced chunking and retrieval methods tailored to agentic workflows.
• Implement and optimize Agentic RAG strategies for higher accuracy and efficiency.

Automation & Orchestration

• Create automation workflows in n8n integrating AI models, APIs, and business processes.
• Use LangSmith for observability, debugging, and optimization of AI-powered systems.

Model Fine-Tuning & Optimization

• Apply fine-tuning methods (including PEFT) across different models for targeted performance improvements.
• Guide and manage the collection, curation, and optimization of training datasets.
• Implement supervised fine-tuning for specific input-output requirements.

Evaluation & Performance Measurement

• Develop and deploy EVAL frameworks to measure model accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Continuously optimize prompt design, retrieval strategies, and fine-tuning for maximum impact.
