Requirements:

• understanding of U.S. transportation regulations, routes, and safety standards;
• provide expert guidance to handle complex situations effectively;
• ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clients and team members;
• provide assistance to resolve diverse issues and answer inquiries.;
• availability to work from 12 AM to 8 AM;
• upper Intermediate proficiency in English.
