Accounts Receivable Accountant

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Accounts Receivable Accountant to work with our International Partners.

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant you’ll be responsible for timely processing of all incoming payments, ensuring and controlling the correctness of the payment process, outgoing payment and direct debit run.

Job title description:

• Posting incoming manual payments and deposit payments
• Preparing and completing customer refund and outgoing payments
• Creation of dunning runs, clarification of discrepancies/ payment differences with customers
• Preparation of data for collection agency
• Support for monthly and yearly statements
• Preparing and starting direct debit procedure for bank and post (SDD-LSV run)
• Concluding search requests and correct booking
• Communicating with customers via phone and e-mail

Requirements:

• Finance/ Accounting university degree
• 1-3 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in English, French nice to have
• Good command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High responsibility and attention to details skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Good communication skills
