VLT MANAGER

Definition:
Under the general direction from the Country General Manager supervises and manages the activities of AMAYA (LNM) VLT* business.
*A video lottery terminal or VLT is a gaming machine that allows participants to bet on the outcome of a video game.

Typical tasks:
Incumbents at this level supervise the operations of distribution, administration and marketing staff within the office to maximize revenue from the distribution of VLT products within the assigned territory.

VLT Manager is responsible for main administrative duties such as the:
Development and management of the VLT project budget
Manage outsourced services such as Warehousing, Distribution, Telemarketing, Retailer Hotline, Terminal installation & Maintenance, Advertising Agency, Terminal Supplier
Supervise all advertising production, and production of all post material
Review and generate revenue information and statistical reports trends
Participate in the development of rules and regulation
Responsible of the day to day contact with the government finance office and other government organisation as needed
Establish and monitor revenue targets and general work priorities
Analyze marketing data and recommend a variety of methods to increase revenues
Maintain security and control measures for VLT products

Experience:
Experience of the Moldovan market, in the sale, installation and management of electronic gaming products.
Eight years of increasingly responsible wholesale supply/distribution experience establishing and servicing accounts, ideally at least two years of which shall have included managing a retail operation dealing with a variety of suppliers and administration staff.

Education and Qualification:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or closely related field. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
Knowledge of the English Language is a MUST.
Possession of a valid driver license
No criminal record and security approve
