About the position in ASBC MD
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated В2В Team Leader to join our team! As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, and motivating local B2B team.

Key functions


Overall management of employees and processes within the department.
Control of transactions at all stages, control of filling CRM and sales pipeline.
Document management.
Planning activities aimed at increasing sales.
Creating and promoting new solutions for vertical markets based on Apple products.
Market analysis, customer segmentation, task setting, execution control.
Participation in key negotiations with clients.
Development of client base.
Control of accounts receivable.
Control of b2b warehouse balances
Post-sale service.
Participation in seminars and presentations held by the company.
Preparation of presentations and reports for managers.
Participation in hiring and onboarding of Sales Managers.
Control of KPI fulfillment by employees (quality of CRM maintenance - all necessary fields are filled in, meetings with clients, records in CRM, new clients).

Qualification and skills

Minimum 5 years total experience in sales, in a leading position from 2 years. Experience in B2B is mandatory.
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Experience with organizing training programs
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Fluent Romanian, Russian and English is a must.
