Transportation Assistant

We are a Canadian moving service company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a Transportation Assistant to join our logistics team. This role involves supporting our dispatchers and ensuring seamless coordination of our moving operations. Key Responsibilities:

Assist dispatchers with managing daily moving schedules and transportation activities.
Communicate effectively with drivers, teams, and clients to ensure timely operations.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Use Google Maps to assist with route planning and resolve any transportation issues.
Monitor transportation performance and provide insights to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Excellent proficiency in Russian and intermediate English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Fluency in Russian (both spoken and written).
Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Maps.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $1000 after the trial period.
