Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist – provide exceptional service and support for Zeroqode plugins on the no-code Bubble platform.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies, where you can leverage your expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality technical support.
Responsibilities
provide end-user support for application setup, usage, and upgrades;
assist clients in diagnosing and resolving technical issues;
collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and fix bugs;
manage ticketing system and maintain an updated query resolution database;
update and maintain the company website with tech tips, briefs, and procedures.
Requirements
proven experience in IT customer support, including application support and/or quality assurance;
strong understanding of web technologies and software issues for effective stakeholder communication;
excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
proficient in written English.
Will be an asset
basic knowledge of JS;
familiar with front-end development or software development process.
