We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer for an international company, offering flexibility and remote work from Moldova.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine backend services, focusing on scalable, serverless architectures in Python and Rust
- Enhance and restructure system architecture to support evolving business requirements
- Participate in planning sessions, contribute to technical discussions, and assist with team expansion efforts
- Conduct code reviews, design evaluations, and architectural improvements to maintain system efficiency
- Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of company services
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, particularly in large-scale applications
- Advanced expertise in Python and solid knowledge of distributed system architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions like Terraform
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Rust or an eagerness to learn it
- German language proficiency is a plus
