Producer/project manager

Bully! is looking for a full-time Producer to join our Chisinau office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced production company or digital marketing agency managing the production pipeline. Experience managing artists and production staff in day to day planning and operations is vital to the success of this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the Schedule: This includes all client and internal projects. This role is responsible for developing the schedule for each individual project as well as aligning all Bully! project schedules to ensure the proper resources are available when needed.
Client Relations: The Producer will help ensure that their needs are being met within the scope of each project, their feedback is incorporated during revisions, and delivery deadlines are communicated and agreed upon.
Deliveries: This role is responsible for working with clients to define delivery dates as well as keeping the Bully! team aware of all deliveries. If challenges arise that impact deliveries, you will need to problem-solve quickly to keep the project moving according to the agreed upon schedule.
Production Process: The Producer will help refine the production process at Bully! Recommend and implement improvements that will benefit the workflow across the studio. Identify areas of friction within the process and help find a solution.
Flexibility: The ideal candidate will have a willing attitude to take on any task. They will also need to be flexible when managing current projects and new opportunities at the same time. An understanding that issues and challenges are inevitable and solvable is vital to this role.

Qualifications:
Effective communicator, verbal and written
Experience managing creative teams in a digital/production environment
Problem-solver
Digital production experience is preferred (app development specifically)
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint or similar tools
Proficient in English
