Job Overview:
The Operations Director at Global Database will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales and marketing departments, setting ambitious yet achievable KPIs, and ensuring these objectives are met consistently. This position will require close collaboration with senior management to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Work intimately with the sales and marketing teams to align departmental strategies and operations.
Set up and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs, ensuring that objectives are met.
Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement.
Work closely with the CEO to set and drive the organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring initiatives.
Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely task completion.
Assist department managers in setting goals, managing teams, and enhancing efficiency.
Ensure company operations align with financial goals and objectives.
Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the executive team.
Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing and sales processes, identifying gaps, and developing implementation plans for improvements.
Streamline the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrable experience in team management and strategic planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
A strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
