Open deck dispatcher

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a dispatcher
- Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role
- Previous experience with Flatbed trailers is required

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and coordinating driver routes
- Communicating between drivers and customers
- Monitoring shipments and solving problems that arise during transportation
- Maintaining documentation and providing customer service
- Ensuring safety and compliance
