IT Project Manager

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of IT Project Manager to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and seamless project execution.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders.
Allocate and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Measure project performance and report progress using appropriate tools.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure successful project and system launches.
Oversee Change Requests (CRs) and ensure alignment with business goals.
Assist in preparing and reviewing vendor proposals, RFPs, and technical assessments.

what we are looking for:

Minimum 4 years of IT Project Management experience
Experience of managing multiple IT Telecom projects in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
Experience working with RFI/ RFP
Strong negotiating, influencing, organizing and communication skills
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful techniques (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology will be an asset)
Extensive knowledge of the development lifecycle
Experience in budgetary control and resource allocation
Very strong customer and end-user orientation
Proficiency in English
