JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for IT projects.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, business analysts, and other project members to deliver results.
Foster collaboration and maintain a positive team culture.
Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within approved limits.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards defined by the business and the IT department.
Work with QA teams to conduct tests and validate project outputs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Implement best practices for project delivery and IT governance.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
3+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles (ideally in a technology-driven or software development environment)
Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with senior executives and stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to assess complex project issues, identify solutions, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
