Contribute to the mapping of actors
1. Support in identifying relevant humanitarian actors providing humanitarian assistance related to the Ukrainian crisis, including information on accessibility and reasonable accommodations
2. Participate upon demand in relevant coordination mechanism of the humanitarian response
3. Represent the organisation towards relevant actors
4. Engage with the teams to establishing and update a comprehensive mapping of services and an orientation/ referral system for the needs of persons with disabilities
Responsibility 2: Assess the barriers and enablers of service access
Contribute to the contextualization, testing and translation of tools to collect information on barriers and facilitators in accessing services
Provide recommendations to the methodology of the assessment to ensure it complies with an inclusive approach
Create links with grassroots organizations, protection/gender/disability focal points of other organizations (national and international) to collaborate on inclusive humanitarian action efforts, including in community engagement initiatives
Participate in the organization and implementation of assessment exercises with the team and in close collaboration with organizations of persons with disabilities, including the collect information on barriers and facilitators in accessing services (key interviews, field observations, focus groups discussions)
Contribute to define actions to remove barriers in humanitarian service provision and the production and dissemination of reports, awareness rising messages and materials in accessible formats
Qualifications:
Certificate in social sciences or protection Inclusion
Experience
More than 2 years of experience in the inclusion promotion field with increasing levels of responsibility
Previous experience working in field of inclusion, transversal protection, gender integration, age and disability
Previous experience on delivering capacity building sessions to civil society organizations and/or humanitarian actors (training coaching, sensitization)
Previous experience working in humanitarian programs is an advantage
Skills:
Excellent communication and writing capacities in English and in Romanian
Proficient: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Technical approach to capacity building
Knowledge on the disability rights movement and working with organizations of persons with disabilities
Personal
Excellent communication skills and diplomacy
Ability to follow instructions and to be a member of a team
Flexibility
Strong attention to details
Good organizational skills

Good capacity to withstand pressure and manage stress
