HR Manager

Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries. As a part of the Dyninno Group’s FinTech sector we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us within EcoFinance Moldova division.

Ecofinance is a fast-expanding financial technology company that operates across Europe and Southeast Asia under consumer brands CreditPrime and Honey Loan as an innovative and convenient non-bank financial institution. We commit to providing easy access to funding and enable our 5 million customers to achieve their financial goals. Since establishment, Ecofinance has issued more than EUR 440 million in loans.

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who will focus on employee retention, engagement and talent acquisition. The role involves work in a dynamic environment addressing teams of professionals working for both Moldova and Romania markets, based in Chisinau and Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR business partnership to managers and employees;
Collaborate with managers to create and maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement;
Ensure smooth recruitment process in the company aligning with business goals;
Establish and conduct the onboarding process;
Manage and mentor a team of an HR Specialist and a Recruiter, fostering a high-performance work environment while effectively delegating tasks to optimize team productivity;
Budget and control expenses for HR initiatives implementation;
Advise Senior Management on market salary and benefits structure benchmarks, best practices, and provide valuable insights;
Implement HR policies in line with Group practices;
Monitor HR analytics and provide insights and initiate improvements;
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of quarterly local company events.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager/ HR Business Partner / HR Generalist, experience within call/contact center, retail, wholesale, logistics or telecommunications industries will be considered as advantage;
In-depth knowledge and practical skills in HR Operations, Recruitment, Retention, Internal Communication, C&B, L&D and other HR-related practices;
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR plans and policies;
Experience managing HR budgets;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good English skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

The compensation level for this position is stating from 28 000 MDL net and will be evaluated/discussed individually based on the level of the skills and competencies of the candidate.
