Job Title: Online English & Russian Language Trainer

(Spoken and Written)

Summary:

Albert Learning is seeking an experienced or fresh language trainer to join our dynamic team. As an Online English & Russian Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective language training sessions to students via video conferencing. You will have the opportunity to work with students from various age groups and countries, utilizing your language expertise to help them develop their spoken and written language skills. In addition to delivering training, you will contribute to the development and improvement of our training courses and materials.


Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct interactive language training sessions, focusing on both spoken and written language skills, using video conferencing platforms.

-Create engaging lesson plans and materials that cater to the individual needs and expectations of students.

-Adapt teaching techniques and learning styles based on the skill level and learning preferences of each student.

-Collaborate with the team to develop, evaluate, and enhance training courses, materials, and related services.


Desired Qualification Profile:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent and natural fluency in the English & Russian languages.

-Strong listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students.

-Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on skills and experience) in English/Russian language, literature or any related field.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

-Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.


(Note: Experience in teaching/training is not a prerequisite, but definitely a plus!)

-Reliable computer with a webcam and headphones (desktop or laptop).

-Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 4 Mbps.
