Responsibilities:

Order Management: Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Prioritization: Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance, ensuring critical tasks are handled promptly.
Coordination: Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules effectively.
Support Field Units: Provide field units with vital information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
Data Management: Enter data into the computer system and maintain comprehensive logs and records of calls, activities, and other relevant information.

Requirements and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience as a dispatcher is a plus but not mandatory. We value your willingness to learn and adapt!
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and familiar with relevant dispatch methods.
Typing Skills: Fast typing speed with experience in data entry.
