Looking for experienced customer support agents to join the business-class team.
We seek traveler support professionals who can deliver an excellent customer experience. You will provide our customers with help and support with their reservations as you prepare to travel the world.
We offer ca ompetitive base salary and monthly incentive bonus based on performance.
Currently Available: Night Shift and Morning Shift
Important Responsibilities:
Full-timee schedule (40hours/week
- Provide an excellent experience to our travelers to increase customer loyalty and referrals
- Taking calls and resolving customer problems using creative solutions and patience
- Provide and implement timely feedback
- Help passengers to resolve any issues that may arise regarding their reservation
- Tell our passengers about all the necessary information
