We are currently looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sales Assistant to join our teams in Chisinau and Tbilisi. This role focuses on identifying and nurturing new business prospects from various sources, including our extensive database, LinkedIn, and independent research.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business relationships with clients via email, social media, and phone.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct research to identify new potential prospects and follow up on leads.
Support Business Development Manager by initiating communications and maintaining contact with potential clients.
Manage and update data for existing and new clients in our CRM system.
Serve as the point of contact for client communication in the absence of the Business Development Manager.
Your Skills and Qualifications
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in standard Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional language skills are a plus.
Experience in customer service and business correspondence is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
